How did it go?

I have been asked by so many people how the pop up restaurant in Epping went on the 3rd of December. Thank you to all those who asked and an even bigger THANK YOU to all those who came to join us.

The night went very well indeed. My first-time waitress Kat kept everybodies glasses full, and the best bit? I could even read her handwriting on the orders. Mum kept the canapes coming for the bar in the drawing room. This left me to be able to concentrate on the food, which I think we got out well and truly on time and I have to say the smoked duck and the venison were perfect exactly as I wanted them.

I would love all those who came last time to please put a review on the website it is the only way people will ever find out what one of my pop up restaurants in Epping is really like.

Anyway we are back at it again this week at the family farm,  with another pop up restaurant  at Weald Place, 9 Duck Lane, Thornwood, Epping Essex. CM16 6NE. The menu has not changed much but here it is for you all to get excited about. If you would like to attend and we have 6 tables left as of today please call 07701 33 33 23 or email william@theshotgunchef.co.uk if you can’t make it then don’t worry we will be holding another restaurant on the 18th of December again at the farm
